Specific services, fees, and obligations between KoreHire and its business clients are governed by separate written agreements. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for the matters it covers.

4. No Guarantee of Employment or Engagement

For candidates, KoreHire does not guarantee:

  • Employment, interviews, or job offers;
  • A particular compensation level, role, or timeline;
  • That a client will continue a recruitment process or maintain an open position.

All hiring decisions are made solely by the client companies. KoreHire is not responsible for any decision of a client to hire or not hire a candidate.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

6. Candidate Information and Representations

If you submit a resume, application, or other candidate information, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading;
  • You have the right to work in the relevant jurisdiction(s) you are applying for;
  • You will update us promptly if your details, availability, or work authorization change.

You understand and consent that KoreHire may share your information with prospective employers for the purpose of evaluating you for potential roles, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.

7. Client Responsibilities

If you are a business client, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about open positions and role requirements;
  • Comply with all applicable employment, labor, and non-discrimination laws;
  • Not use candidate information for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

The details of fees, replacement guarantees (if any), and service levels are governed by your separate written agreement with KoreHire.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by KoreHire Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site and its content for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without KoreHire’s prior written consent.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KoreHire Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
